5. Your responsibilities
You agree to use Ultimate Pomodoro responsibly and lawfully.

If accounts are introduced, you will be responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that takes place under your account unless caused by our fault.
If your access is provided through an employer or organisation, your access may be managed by that organisation. They may be able to invite users, remove users, assign seats, manage billing or control company licence settings.
Company licence terms may be covered by a separate agreement between Ultimate Pomodoro and the relevant business customer.
7. Company use and staff wellbeing
Companies may use Ultimate Pomodoro to support focus, hydration, movement and learning during screen-heavy workdays. However, companies remain responsible for their own employment, health and safety, data protection, HR and workplace wellbeing obligations.
Ultimate Pomodoro should not be used as an employee surveillance tool. If reporting, usage insights or admin features are introduced, companies should explain clearly to staff how the system works and what data may be visible.
8. Payments, subscriptions and pricing
Ultimate Pomodoro may offer free access, paid personal access, company subscriptions, pilot pricing, per-user licences, annual plans or bespoke setup fees.
Any prices, plan details, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation terms and taxes should be shown clearly before payment is taken.
If paid subscriptions are introduced, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not intend to store full card details ourselves.
Bespoke company setup, branding, custom Learn Sprint content, onboarding support or rollout planning may be quoted separately from user licence fees.
9. Cancellations, refunds and trials
If paid plans are introduced, cancellation and refund terms will depend on the type of product, billing period and whether access is personal, company-based, digital, subscription-based or bespoke.
For consumers, any cancellation rights required by applicable law will apply. For business customers, cancellation, renewal and refund terms may be set out in a separate company licence agreement or order form.

If you send us content, feedback, company branding, logo files, Learn Sprint prompts, training material or onboarding wording, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us.
You give us permission to use that material where needed to respond to your enquiry, provide a pilot, create a bespoke setup, manage your account or deliver agreed services.

Ultimate Pomodoro may use third-party tools for hosting, analytics, forms, email, payments, authentication, embedded content or other services.

For business users, we will not be liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss.
15. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end access to Ultimate Pomodoro where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, breach of these terms, security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity or conduct that could harm the service or other users.
If company licence access is provided through an employer, your access may also end if your employer removes your seat, ends the company licence or changes its user list.

17. Governing law
